Our installation teams are highly trained, time served, craftsmen. We therefore offer a Life Time no quibble guarantee for the life of the owner, providing residency is maintained for at least 9 months a year.

Materials

Waltham only uses the finest materials available and all are guaranteed by the manufacturer, the steel tiles or composite slates are guaranteed for 40 years. All other roofing materials are guaranteed for 10 years, with Waltham adding a further 2 years making the total minimum cover 12 years. Glazing – the glass sealed units carry a 5 year guarantee.
